Announcer Guy

The voice of radio since 1960

What do you do to fill your days when you've just retired from your dream career?

In my case, that decision was easy... I continued in radio.

No longer constrained by schedules and corporate allegiances, I was now free to pursue any projects I wanted.  As a freelance voice talent, I am able to provide quality services for commercial clients.  My portfolio includes voice-over work on industrial videos, documentary-style political commercials, outgoing messages for automated phone systems, and commercials-on-hold.

I've worked with outside agencies such as the Moffat (Kitchener, Ontario) and Media Street (in Windsor) and have the capability to produce material from my home or any studio of your choosing.  I am available by phone or email pretty much any time (including weekends).

Have a listen to get an idea of how I can benefit your advertising campaign.

Did you know ...

Announcing involves more than just reading from a script.  It requires an intimate knowledge of the client's purpose.  Is the message meant to elicit a specific response?  Or perhaps to entice the listener to purchase a particular product or service?  Depending on the desired effect, pitch, intonation, and even timing are all important.

When you have an important message to deliver, let an experienced announcer be your voice.
